Delivery Information
This Delivery Information applies to orders placed through harrisonssauces.com.
Delivery area
We offer courier delivery across mainland Great Britain, subject to stock availability, courier service availability and any restrictions shown at checkout.
Some locations, including the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and remote areas, may take longer or may require an additional courier charge. If an additional charge applies, we will contact you before dispatch.
For large, bulk or pallet orders, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm the best delivery option.
Delivery charges
- Standard shipping: £6.50 including VAT.
- Free delivery on orders over £60 including VAT.
Delivery charges will be shown at checkout before you place your order.
Dispatch cut-off
Orders placed before 12pm on a working day will usually be dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 12pm will usually be dispatched the following working day.
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will usually be processed on the next working day.
Delivery times
We offer standard next working day courier delivery where this service is available.
Next working day delivery applies Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 12pm on Friday will usually be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will usually be delivered the following Tuesday.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Deliveries may be delayed by courier issues, stock availability, weather, operational disruption, bank holidays, seasonal demand or events outside our reasonable control.
Tracking and courier delivery
Deliveries are tracked and handled by courier. Tracking information will be provided where available.
Please provide accurate delivery details at checkout and ensure someone is available to receive the order where required.
If a parcel cannot be delivered, the courier may attempt redelivery, leave the parcel in accordance with the courier’s process, hold it for collection, or return it to us.
If a parcel is returned to us because delivery could not be completed, we may charge a reasonable redelivery fee or deduct reasonable costs from any refund where permitted by law.
Large or bulk orders
Large, bulk or pallet orders may require a different delivery service, longer lead time or additional delivery charge. If this applies, we will contact you before dispatch.
Damaged, incorrect or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with items missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the parcel, packaging and affected products where relevant.
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, refund, credit or other suitable resolution where appropriate.

Returns and Cancellations Policy
This policy explains how cancellations, damaged orders, incorrect deliveries and any permitted returns are handled for Harrisons Sauces online orders. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns
We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases, unwanted goods, or items ordered in error.
Because we sell food products, we cannot accept goods back once they have been dispatched, unless the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please do not send goods back to us unless we have asked you to do so. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused or delayed.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will try to cancel it and arrange a refund to your original payment method.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or returned unless it is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
