By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns and Cancellations Policy.

You must not use this website for any unlawful purpose, interfere with the operation or security of the website, or attempt to copy, reproduce, resell or exploit any part of the website without our written permission.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version displayed on this page at the time you place your order will apply to that order.

3. Products

We sell food products, including sauces, dips and related products. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Packaging, appearance, ingredients, allergens, pack sizes and product information may change from time to time.

We aim to keep product descriptions, pricing, ingredients and availability accurate and up to date, but errors may occasionally occur. You should always read the product label, packaging and allergen information before using or consuming any product.

If you have any food allergy, intolerance or dietary requirement, you are responsible for checking the product information carefully before purchase and before consumption. If you are unsure, please contact us before placing your order.

4. Orders and contract formation

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to buy the goods in your basket.

After you place an order, you may receive an email confirming that we have received it. This does not mean that your order has been accepted.

Your order is accepted when we confirm dispatch or otherwise confirm that the goods will be supplied. At that point, a contract is formed between you and us.

We may refuse, cancel or limit an order where products are unavailable, where there has been an error in price or product information, where payment has not been authorised, where we suspect fraud or misuse, or where we are unable to fulfil the order for any other legitimate reason.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Prices will show VAT where applicable.

Delivery charges, if applicable, will be shown before you complete checkout.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using one of the payment methods available at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and/or the payment providers shown at checkout.

We may change prices, promotions and product availability at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted unless there has been an obvious pricing or listing error.

6. Delivery

We offer standard next-day courier delivery on orders where this service is available.

Orders placed before 12pm on a working day are normally dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm are normally dispatched the following working day.

Next-day delivery applies to weekdays only. Orders placed before 12pm on Friday will normally be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will normally be delivered the following Tuesday.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Deliveries may be delayed by courier issues, stock availability, weather, operational disruption or events outside our reasonable control.

Deliveries are tracked and handled under the courier’s terms and conditions. You must provide accurate delivery details and ensure someone is available to receive the order where required.

If a parcel is returned to us because delivery could not be completed, we may charge a reasonable redelivery fee or deduct reasonable costs from any refund where permitted by law.

7. Cancellations and returns

We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases, unwanted goods, or items ordered in error, except where required by law.

Because we sell food products, we cannot accept goods back once they have been dispatched where the goods are perishable, have been unsealed, have been opened, or cannot be resold for health, hygiene or food-safety reasons.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will try to cancel it and arrange a refund to your original payment method.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot usually be cancelled or returned unless the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, or unless you have a legal right to cancel that cannot be excluded.

Please do not send goods back to us unless we have asked you to do so. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused or delayed.

This section does not affect your statutory rights.

8. Damaged, incorrect or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with items missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the parcel, packaging and affected products where relevant.

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, refund, credit or other suitable resolution where appropriate.

9. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary.

Original delivery charges are not refundable unless required by law or where the refund is due to our error, faulty goods, damaged goods, incorrect goods or goods that are not as described.

10. Business and trade customers

If you buy from us as a business, trade customer, wholesaler, reseller or distributor, you confirm that you are purchasing for business purposes and not as a consumer.

Business and trade orders are not eligible for consumer change-of-mind cancellation rights. Returns for business and trade customers are accepted only where we have agreed them in writing, or where the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

We may limit, refuse or cancel orders that appear to be placed by resellers, distributors or other trade buyers through the consumer website where separate trade terms should apply.

11. Food safety, storage and use

You are responsible for storing and using products safely and in accordance with the product label, packaging instructions and any use-by or best-before dates.

We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect storage, misuse, failure to follow product instructions, use after the stated date, or failure to check allergen or ingredient information.

12. Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

For consumers, we are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill, but we are not responsible for business losses.

For business customers, we will not be liable for loss of profit, loss of sales, loss of business, business interruption, loss of goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any business order will not exceed the price paid for the goods giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot legally be limited.

13. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform our obligations where this is caused by events outside our reasonable control. This may include courier disruption, supply issues, accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, severe weather, strikes, labour disputes, war, civil unrest, acts of government, epidemics, pandemics, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

14. Privacy and data

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By placing an order, you agree that we may use your information to process payment, fulfil your order, arrange delivery, communicate with you, and manage customer service issues.

15. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, you may bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live. If you are a business customer, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
