Delivery Information
We offer standard next working day delivery across mainland Great Britain for orders placed before 12pm, subject to stock availability and courier service.
Delivery charges
- Standard shipping: £6.50 inc. VAT.
- Free delivery on orders over £60 inc. VAT.
Dispatch cut-off
Orders placed before 12pm on a weekday will usually be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will usually be dispatched the following working day.
Next working day delivery applies Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 12pm on Friday will usually be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will usually be delivered the following Tuesday.
Regional and large-order delivery
Some locations, including the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and remote areas, may take longer or may require an additional courier charge. If an additional charge applies, we will contact you before dispatch.
For large, bulk or pallet orders, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm the best delivery option.
Deliveries are fully tracked, insured and delivered by courier.
Returns and Cancellations Policy
This policy explains how returns, cancellations, damaged orders and incorrect deliveries are handled for Harrisons Sauces online orders. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and arrange a refund to your original payment method.
If your order has already been dispatched, it may need to be handled as a return.
Change-of-mind returns
Because we sell food products, we can only accept change-of-mind returns where the goods are unopened, unused, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without contacting us first may be delayed or rejected.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. Original delivery charges are not refundable unless required by law or where the return is due to our error.
Items we cannot accept back
- Opened, used or unsealed food products.
- Products that are not in their original packaging.
- Products damaged after delivery due to handling, storage or misuse.
- Products that cannot be resold for hygiene or food safety reasons.
Damaged, incorrect or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or with items missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs of the parcel, packaging and affected products where relevant. Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, refund or other suitable resolution.
Refunds
Once a return or claim has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary.
